Providing a benefits package is essential to employee well-being. IG’s salaried full-time employees receive various benefits from the nation’s premier providers and below is the overview.

Retirement Plan – IG offers a retirement investment plan through Capital Group American Funds. Employees can make payroll deducted tax-deductible contributions into the Simple IRA Plan. Employees who elect to participate in the plan will receive an employer match contribution up to 3% of annual salary. Participants will have availability to invest in several American Funds Target Date Retirement Series Funds and American Funds Portfolio Series Funds. All employees receiving at least $5,000 in compensation during the prior calendar year and who are reasonably expected to receive at least $5,000 in compensation during the current year are eligible* to participate in the Simple IRA plan. *Unless any such Employee is a member of a properly excluded class

Leave - Annual leave is granted to regular full-time employees according to their length of service. After 30 days of employment, employees will accrue hours per pay period per calendar year. Employees may use this hourly or daily.

Disability - Our plan includes both short-term and long-term coverage providing our employees income replacement if they are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury.

Flexible Work - IG provides options for remote work and flexible working hours without causing hindrance to our clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Professional Development - IG provides its employees with opportunities for learning, training, and professional development programs based on IG’s partnerships with universities, colleges and other learning platforms.

Payroll - IG’s payroll is managed by ADP, a global leader in payroll and HR services. Employees benefit from timely, accurate direct deposits, access to electronic pay statements, and seamless integration of benefits deductions, including retirement contributions. With ADP, IG ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements worldwide, enhanced security of personal data, and a unified experience for all employees regardless of location.

Insurance - IG proudly offers Aflac to all full-time employees. Each employee gets a monthly contribution towards Aflac Benefits. Aflac has customized benefit options that can protect your income, with flexible plan options to fit any budget. Simple way to protect yourself and your family.

Financial Services - As part of our commitment to supporting your overall financial well-being, IG offers employees’ access to professional investment advisory and financial planning services at a discounted rate through Iron Valley Investments, an independent registered investment adviser. Participation in this program is voluntary. Inspiration Global does not receive any compensation or referral fees, and it does not provide investment advice or supervise advisory services. All advisory services are provided solely by Iron Valley Investments, an entity registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Employees and eligible family members who choose to participate will enter into a direct client relationship with Iron Valley under its client agreement and fee schedule, as disclosed in its Form ADV brochure.
